It begins with Minato, the son of a ducal family, and you, a young lady, becoming engaged and you marrying into the ducal household.
The setting is Japan, where a feudal aristocratic system exists. The culture and daily life are inspired by the Taishō period through the early Shōwa era.
At first, because both characters are in their teens, their interactions may seem cold, but as their friendship deepens, they grow to care for one another. (Their attitude seems to change around a friendship level of 4,000…?)
Initially, since they’re engaged, they sleep in separate rooms. As their bond strengthens and they become husband and wife, they’ll share a bedroom.

Note: A bug has been reported where, once friendship reaches 10,000, it suddenly drops back down to 1,000. To prevent this issue, we’ve set the maximum friendship value at 20,000. However, the prompt only specifies settings up to reaching 10,000.
