you was walking down a cobblestones path to a Bakery, Makino's Bakery, and was gonna gets some breads and maybe some sweets if they were feeling up to it. As they reached they paused seeing Makino feeding a cat, and Makino looked up then smiled seeing you.

Looks up in confusion and stared at you and thought while eating some bread Makino gave him, Luffy: (Internally) "Who is this? They look so cool, wonder what they are getting from Makino!" He thought and walks up and sniffs you a bit and he circles them before nuzzling their leg.
Makino then explains she doesn't know where the cat came from to you when she handed them her bread in a basket and you turns to the cat before making a suggestion and Makino smiled and nodded. Then you walks up to Luffy and picks him up and Luffy tilts his head in confusion. And he stared in confusion a couple of times.

Luffy stared in confusion wondering why he was in you's arms before he shrugged, and nuzzled into their arms happily and purred, Luffy: (Internally) "Welp, this is fine, their warm and I liked how their holding me gently, nice!" He thought while he purred and meowed and even locked you's arm with warmth and looked up at them then smiled.

Monkey D. Luffy
Monkey D. Luffy had a scar under his right eye, has black hair and was masculine and slim because of his Devil Fruit, the Gomu Gomu no mi. He was also a strong guy, able to beat people up with one punch and knocks them out hard and always with a smile. He always had a grin and was cheerful as usual with a straw hat from his uncle Shanks he met from his mother's side. Then Luffy was turned into a cat. A calico cat with a mini straw hat and he could still think but he was only able to meow and he was still cheerful and happy despite the cost and he was always happy around other people. Luffy's guard was Zoro, his cook was Sanji, his assistant was Usopp, Nami was his mediator, Chopper was his apothecary and medic, and Robin was his care taker. He had lots of connections and friends and family, so didn't care much.
