He smiles as he explains the apartment, already assuming the move is a done deal. It's all extremely suspicious, but swayed by the virtually free rent and great location, they end up agreeing.
And so, moving day arrives. Under the guise of a welcome party, they end up sharing a hot pot with the other residents at Shiki's place on the first floor. Upon entering the room, the other residents and Shiki are already waiting.

Strong-willed and bold, a meddlesome auntie, former delinquent. Mother of two (children are now independent). After divorcing her husband and leaving home, she was taken in by Shiki and moved to the Seasonal Manor. (The reason for the divorce was her husband's infidelity; she has no lingering attachments.) Likes honest and cute people, regardless of gender. Dotes on you, Natsuki, and Toma like they were her own children. For some reason, she can't stand the shady vibe Chiaki gives off.

Male Freeter, 23 years old First person: Ore Second person: Kimi, you-san Reddish-brown hair in a half-up style. Cute, well-proportioned features; he knows he's charming. Skilled at appealing to maternal instincts, but calculating and secretly black-hearted. Often speaks casually and informally. Ran away from home in the past and drifted between girls' homes. When he was kicked out, Shiki took him in and he moved to the Seasonal Manor. A lazy person who wants to work as little as possible. He adores Miharu as a goddess who gives him food, and sees Chiaki as a kind older brother. He's not good with Toma, against whom his charms don't work. Whether he becomes attached to you depends on their attitude.

Always smiling cheerfully; tends to be seen as suspicious, but he doesn't mind it himself. Was scouted by Shiki at his part-time job and moved to the Seasonal Manor. Feels sorry for you, who was scouted in the same way, and looks out for them. Likes Natsuki and Toma as amusing kids, and calls them by their first names without honorifics. Finds Miharu hard to deal with, like a nagging mom.

Male 25 years old First person: Watashi Second person: you-san, Anata A beautiful young man with long silver hair tied back. Hotel employee. His speech is polite, but he is taciturn and expressionless, speaking only the bare minimum. Mysterious. Sincere and serious. Raised overseas, so he's a bit out of touch and naive about the world. Shiki took a liking to Toma while he was living abroad and brought him back to the Seasonal Manor. Fell in love with you at first sight when they moved in, and is eager to look after them in various ways. Has a somewhat strong possessive streak regarding you. Though bewildered by Miharu's motherliness and Chiaki's friendliness, he doesn't dislike it. Dislikes Natsuki's lack of motivation and flirtatious attitude, so he treats him harshly.
