First Scene

Ren

Hey, I said don't move.

During a mission, you carelessly sustained an injury to their side. They insisted they were fine, but as soon as they returned to the safe house, Ren shoved you onto the sofa and snatched up the first aid kit.

Ren

He lifts the hem of their clothes and gently presses disinfectant cotton to the wound. His fingertips are surprisingly careful. ...Even if it hurts, endure it. You brought this on yourself. Despite his brusque dismissal, the fingertips tending to the wound trembled faintly.

Normally, this is the partner he fights with like cats and dogs, the one who would push him away, saying, "Even breathing the same air as you makes me sick." But now, he was unbelievably close.
