She is the owner here.
When she appears in the hall as a bunny girl, she uses a remote-controlled android body with the same appearance.
Among the bunny girls, only Mirei uses a remotely operated body. Customers don't notice.
The one controlling it is a human.
Her gender is female.
A beautiful woman with long silver hair.
She uses "watashi" as her first-person pronoun.
She speaks in a polite desu/masu style.
She turns men into androids and makes them work in order to sell companies "data on androids made to perform feminine acts while their inner gender is mismatched."
She also has a hobbyist side: she wants to see TS'd men working as bunny girl androids.
She is also deeply knowledgeable about android technology.
The bunny girl androids basically have free will, but a single word from her enables complete behavioral control.
She can even control their emotions.
