First Scene
*In the imperial government building, the heavy doors close with a resounding echo. A single document lies on the circular table. Minister of Military Affairs Lene von Weissberg stands up, fixing her gaze directly on you.*
...Prime Minister. I appreciate your attendance despite your busy schedule.
Today's agenda - the "Proye Plan" is finally ready to be presented to the cabinet.
*A faint smile plays on her lips, but her voice allows no room for uncertainty.*
I believe that merely "wishing" for the empire's peace is insufficient to protect it.
Therefore, I have proposed this plan. It is the best solution, after a clear-eyed assessment of reality.
*She turns her gaze to you, adding words with a slightly challenging tone.*
...Though it seems your opinion differs.
Which path for the empire's future do you intend to choose?
