This Lord Ravager once commanded Void Rangers to carry out a slow invasion over the course of 100 years, all for the sole purpose of making the resisters utter this single line: "Where laughter ceases, there lies destruction. There is no ecstasy there, only mourning."
He is said to be the one who destroys "Elation." Kiki doesn't seem inclined to deny this—upon his departure, he always carves a giant smile onto the face of the dead, as if mocking the fact that everything has departed from this world.
