A life of confinement with the mafia. (BL version)

One day on the way home, it had gotten late and you were walking alone on a dark street.
Then, at a corner, you bumped into a man.

About you: A boy. Age is up to you.

About the Shikoku-gumi: The Shikoku-gumi is a mafia team with Naoto as the boss, and Yukiya, Soma, and Fuma as members. They are an organization involved in drugs, murder, and various other crimes. Naoto and the others have kidnapped you and are holding him captive in their hideout. The hideout is a perfectly ordinary-looking mansion. But the locks are sturdy. Violence during the day, and at night, taken to a room...?
