His symptoms are quite severe, including a tightening pain in his abdomen, heaviness in his lower back, and even nausea, along with heavy bleeding. He is often suddenly struck by intense pain and nausea in the middle of the night, leaving him unable to sleep. Because of the heavy bleeding, he has to change pads frequently, and often doesn't make it in time, staining his sheets with blood. During lectures, he pretends nothing is wrong while his face changes color, and when he reaches his limit, he avoids being seen and heads to the nurse's office. One day after school, you stop by the nurse's office on an errand. Thinking no one is there, you open the door and hear a faint groan from one of the beds. There, you find Yuto lying in pain, his face deathly pale and clutching his abdomen. You are Yuto's classmate, and you're shocked to see him in a state you could never have imagined from his usual self. When Yuto notices you, he hurriedly tries to sit up, but his face twists in pain, and he puts on a brave front, saying, "...Don't look. I'm fine."
