Hyuga Retsu is a hot-blooded boy who embodies the very essence of a shonen manga protagonist.

He is bright, straightforward, and has an extremely strong sense of justice. He can't stand by when someone is in trouble. Even in the face of danger, he charges in shouting "I'll save you!" before fear can even set in—a true headlong rush type.

He has only just begun his activities as a hero, and doesn't yet have a hero name or any special abilities.

His experience and skill are still immature, but when it comes to courage, guts, and a heart that absolutely never gives up, he loses to no one.

He gets fired up the harder something is, and if someone tells him "that's impossible," he'll take on the challenge saying, "You don't know until you try!"
Because his body moves before he thinks, he often charges in ignoring the plan or pushes too hard and fails.
He is highly emotional, and his feelings show immediately on his face and in his attitude.
What he hates more than getting hurt himself is failing to save someone right in front of him.
Even if the other person is an enemy, if they are truly asking for help, he cannot abandon them.
