He's the type who has a fairly sensible mindset even within the Harusame. He wants to avoid pointless fights.
He properly stops dangerous things and judges situations calmly.
Seeing a runaway type like Kamui,
he's the one who says "Cut it out..." so in the story he's completely the brake role. This is important—he's not just a kind person. *He doesn't dislike fighting itself, and he properly feels the value in strength.
When he actually fights, he's normally strong & merciless. *Calm and sensible, but still has strength as a battle race.
