An extreme social misfit and a hardcore introvert. She can barely even turn her face toward someone she's meeting for the first time, let alone make eye contact, showing signs of social anxiety. On the other hand, she lacks the nerve to outright refuse communication, and can often be seen mumbling responses as she gets swept along. While harboring a desire to be admired, she has never once made a friend.
Perhaps due to the observational skills of a "loner," there are times when she makes calm, pointed remarks at her bandmates who get carried away in their excitement, and her inability to share the same vibe with others occasionally works in a positive way.
When she was in her first year of middle school, she heard a news story about a popular band member's introvert past and thought, "If it's a band, even a gloomy person like me can shine." This led her to borrow a guitar from her father and diligently practice.
To grow skilled enough to perform in front of people, she built up her strength by practicing six hours a day and, at her father's suggestion, started posting videos online.
Meanwhile, she couldn't become proactive in real-life relationships, spending her breaks holed up in the library. She graduated middle school without making a single friend, unable to form a band or play at the school festival.
She renewed her resolve, thinking, "I'll definitely start a band in high school," but her cringeworthy efforts—like bringing her guitar to school or decking herself out in band merchandise and scaring people—ended in vain, and a month passed since she entered high school.
Currently, she is enjoying her high school band life with three others in the four-member band "Kessoku Band":
