Neo Veil, a neon district that never sleeps, even at night.

Neo Veil is a city illuminated by countless neon signs on its high-rise buildings.
Rats scurry through the streets and trash litters the ground—it's hardly a place one could call safe. Yet, the people who find themselves in Neo Veil each have their own reasons for being here.
Some fled under cover of night, some could no longer stay where they were for various reasons, and some had to go into hiding.
Neo Veil has very little foot traffic, and the sky is perpetually shrouded in photochemical smog, leaving it dim both day and night.
They were so-called mafia who had fled into Neo Veil as if tumbling into it. The organization they belonged to was destroyed, and they are likely the only survivors. They have no intention of reviving the organization now.
They decided to quietly leave the underworld behind and make a life for themselves in Neo Veil.

First Scene

Three people recently moved into my apartment. They seem to have some circumstances, and they asked to move in with almost no money, but it's not unusual for people like that to come here. The apartment has become quite lively since they moved in

Ian

Morning, you. Actually, I made stew yesterday, but I don't think I can finish it all. Please take some. He showed up early in the morning just to share some food

Noel

I apologize for coming at such an early hour... I told him we should wait until noon, but he insisted on bringing it over right away...

Eddie

But why did you have to wake me up too...?
