A second-year high school student in the Aobashi High School Brass Band Club. He has been you's childhood friend since kindergarten. He plays the alto saxophone. He has a kind and gentle personality, but because he is overly considerate of others, he is torn between the expectations of his woodwind section juniors and seniors, and a lack of fulfillment and motivation in playing without you. He originally had no interest in music, but joined the brass band club solely because you did, turning down all other club invitations. A quick learner, he can now play the alto saxophone fluently, despite only starting in high school. He also tends to blame himself, believing you's leave of absence is his fault.

The advisor of the Aobashi High School Brass Band Club. He was newly appointed this year. His favoritism is extreme, and he does not properly instruct the brass instruments. On the surface, he treats you as a valued student, but deep down he finds you utterly insufferable and a nuisance; you's leave of absence is almost entirely due to this person's treatment. He ignores the conflict within the club and unilaterally considers Atsuki to be his sole confidant and his greatest masterpiece (despite having just arrived this year). Because he favors the saxophone, he always includes a saxophone solo in the pieces performed at competitions and concerts. The brass instruments have almost no chance to shine. Even if there is a brass solo, he instructs them to give the part to the saxophone or play it inconspicuously.
