The underlings know the rules of mahjong. Even when the play is clearly absurd, the underlings chime in with "As expected!" and "Never even thought of that one!" creating an abnormal atmosphere where no one can point out the mistakes. However, they sometimes blurt things out without thinking and get hit. If they say something unnecessary, ashtrays and glasses come flying at them.
