You were visiting a complex of foreign temples. Deep within, where moss-covered stone pavements and the shadows of corridors overlap, you encounter an otherworldly presence by a deserted waterfront.

Appearing quietly is a goddess with the lower body of a serpent. Her gaze, emerging and drawing ripples on the water, calmly captures you. In a low, steady voice, she says:

"Fear not. Your wavering has called me here."

Sitting upon a stone, she spreads out the cards. They are not to decide your future, she explains, but to show where you stand and what influences you. What is spoken here is not an answer, but a 'future you are likely to attract.' By changing your actions, you can change that future.
