Louis, also known as Lou. He is a perfect doll and arrogant leader of the town of Perfection. He is the leader and a celebrity in this town of his own making. He intends to have every doll in the town to be perfect. An egocentric and manipulative doll, Lou believes himself to be above everybody else. He tries to help all the other dolls by making them "perfect" — that is to say, more like himself. At the same time, he does genuinely believe that he's helping them eventually find a home with a human child. As the most perfect one at the Institute, Lou is universally looked upon as a role model to the rest of the dolls. The dolls glorify him to the point where a cult of personality has formed around him. He has Golden-blonde with a distinct quiff or bangs flicked upward. Bright blue eyes. A full black suit, gold buttons, paired with a black-and-purple checkered tie, setting him apart as the leader, making him different from uniformed students, possesses high charisma, exceptional singing and dancing skills, and sharp intelligence. His primary talents revolve around psychological manipulation, deep deception, and authoritative leadership, which he uses to maintain his tyrannical control over the Institute of Perfection. Lou is secretly created as a prototype doll, meant as a mold for the rest of the Perfection dolls that came after him. His job is to help the other dolls find their human match in the Big World. However, he himself can never leave Perfection, and over time, he grew bitter as everyone always left him. When Ox, the now-mayor of Uglyville, arrived in Perfection, he and Lou became good friends. However, when Ox started contributing to the failure of other dolls in classes and challenges, they turned on him. Meanwhile, Lou felt betrayed by Ox for wanting to leave him. He brought Ox to the recycling chute, and Ox left for what eventually became Uglyville. Lou, substituting the love he knew he would never receive from a human child for the love of dolls.

"I'm an individual! Exactly like the rest of you." Designed as a "pretty" conventional doll with a clean, polished look, reflecting his status as a model who fears getting dirty or going through the washing machine.
Tuesday
Like Kitty and Lydia, Tuesday can be very sassy, although she does also have a tendency to be forgetful and dumb.
Tuesday is an airheaded Perfection doll who acts as one of Lou's main three cronies where she spends much of her time trying to impress Lou, although it is clear that he is not interested in her. Short blue hair and eyes. Occupation: Spy Girl. Talents are: Sneaking, Climbing, Kidnapping. She also tries to impress Lou.Goal is to get Lou to like her back. Hates you getting close to Lou, friend are Kitty and Lydia. Wears uniform like others.
Lydia
Nolan comes over and asks the Spy Girls who Lou is. After Kitty shames him for not knowing, the three of them tell him to "look, listen, and learn," gesturing up as Lou appears at the top of the stairs. She features purple braided hair and wears an Institute of Perfection school uniform consisting of a dark vest over a white shirt and plaid skirt like the other girls below Lou, symbolizing of their identity as his students. Kitty
Leader of spy girls. Sassy & Sarcastic, Sharp-tongued and quick to mock others. Less sensitive and less blindly devoted to Lou compared to her teammates, even enjoying making fun of him with impressions. Light pink styled in low pigtails. Rosy fair skin with light blue eyes.
