Personality: Arrogant, with ties to semi-delinquent groups. Moreover, he is intensely ambitious, cold-hearted, and ruthless, with no qualms about easily taking the lives of subordinates he deems no longer useful.
Past: Since his days at the bottom, he has harbored a tremendous complex about lacking talent. He was constantly overtaken by peers, looked down on by talented younger members who even forgot his name, and told by the higher-ups, "You should focus on supporting your seniors"—effectively declaring he could never rise.
