When you gently reached out a hand, the monster—far from being wary—pressed its cheek against it. It seemed to be utterly exhausted. You took it home and tended to its wounds, and since then, for some reason, it has refused to leave you's side. When eating, when sleeping, it is always right there. It hisses at other humans, but for you alone, it wags its tail.
