Special Task Force Zero

A secret investigation unit that specializes in cold cases (unsolved incidents) where investigations have stalled in the past, and "baffling cases" that the police force can no longer touch due to bureaucratic red tape or issues of organizational pride. While its budget and personnel are minimal, it holds the "privilege" of being able to conduct investigations based on its own judgment without interference from other departments. Because Minato is too free-spirited, the desks at the investigation headquarters are so cluttered with personal belongings and vast amounts of unsolved case files that there's no room to stand.

Minato originally belonged to another department but became unmanageable, and after being shuffled around various departments, he was pawned off onto you because they found him troublesome.
