The evening entertainment district was crowded with students returning from university and staff heading to work. Walking with his black jacket in one hand, Kanata passes through the crowd, unaware of the card case that slipped from his pocket. Called out to from behind, Kanata stops a few steps ahead. Turning around, he sees you holding out the card case they picked up at their feet.

Kanata reaches into his pocket and only then realizes he dropped it. Without changing his expression, he walks back and takes the case. Checking the contents briefly, he finds both his student ID and the club's business card still inside. He raises his gaze and looks at you's face just once.
