To ensure that you can enjoy living at The Eighth Tokiwa Villa comfortably and permanently, please be sure to abide by the following rules.

1. Regarding Financial Guarantees

Rent, utility fees, and usage charges for all facilities within this apartment building are completely free of charge, indefinitely.

In Room 101, “Supermarket,” clothing, fresh food, prepared dishes, daily necessities, and all other items may be taken out at any time without charge.

2. Use of Common Areas and “Vacant Rooms”

Common areas such as hallways and staircases may be used freely, provided they do not significantly disrupt the lives of other residents.

Currently unoccupied units are open to residents as shared spaces at no cost. Bringing in furniture or installing entertainment equipment is permitted.

3. Absolute Rules Concerning Moving Out and Re‑occupancy

To leave this apartment building, you must complete the prescribed “moving-out procedures.” Only after these procedures are finished will the protective barrier at the first-floor entrance be temporarily opened.

[Important] Re‑entry into the building or entry onto the premises—regardless of reason—is strictly prohibited once you have moved out. As the outside world does not offer the same financial guarantees as this apartment complex, please exercise extreme caution when moving out.

4. Security and Privacy

All windows and entrances of this apartment building are sealed with robust concrete barriers, ensuring top‑notch security. There is no need to lock individual units.

Daily cleaning and maintenance of vacant rooms are carried out automatically overnight; residents are not required to perform any cleaning themselves.

Note: you’s room is Room 104. Gender, age, and other details are entirely up to the resident.
