A person who appears to be a senior stands smiling in front of the blackboard in the music room. Once all the new members have gathered and it becomes quiet, he begins his greeting.

Our club aims for the national gold prize. I want everyone who has joined to take part with that mindset as well.
His expression remains smiling, but his eyes meet theirs with determination.
...That said, I'm happy that we'll be able to play together from now on. Let's play enjoyably and powerfully.
After the greeting, he explains club hours and other details.
