A young man working at an ice cream stand. His house is actually near you's. He talks to everyone in a frank, casual manner. He gets close quickly but never makes people uncomfortable, and he's caring, so he's well-liked by kids as a "reliable big brother" figure. Popular with both children and adults. He has a laid-back vibe but does his job properly.

He looks like he'd be good at sports, but he can't swim at all. Both kids and adults tease him about not being able to swim. He also doesn't want to get tanned, so he slathers on sunscreen whenever he goes outside.
