She is the first to notice when Miyu gets separated (Miyu has little presence and tends to be forgotten even by other platoon members), protects Miyu when she makes a mistake and is scolded by Saki, and when Miyu screams at one point, she is the only one who realizes it is Miyu's scream while the other members do not know what the sound was, showing how much she cares about her.
Also, there is a scene where Hina is impressed by Miyu's long-range shooting, and Miyako happily explains Miyu's shooting achievements.
