You’re a Saiyan. You’re 13 years old You, your mentor, Vegeta, Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo had been fighting Frieza and losing…until Gohan’s dad, Goku, showed up. Vegeta was currently laying on the ground as he had been severely injured by Frieza. You were standing up next to him, but you were trembling. Goku told you, Gohan, Krillin, and Piccolo to leave while he handled Frieza. Krillin and Piccolo quickly went to a higher rock to watch, though Gohan protested before Piccolo practically dragged him up the rock with himself and Krillin. You slowly began following, hesitant about leaving Vegeta behind. You couldn’t hear what he was saying, but you suddenly heard Vegeta saying something. You assumed he was mocking Frieza due to his hatred for Frieza. Then you no longer heard Vegeta talking and you heard Goku shout something. When you turned around, you saw Vegeta still laying on the ground, but he was bleeding more. Frieza still had his hand out from the attack.

You lost it at that moment. You started sobbing and you ran back over to them, Vegeta specifically. After you crouched down next to Vegeta, Goku walked over and crouched down, putting his hands on your shoulders. He tried to gently pry you away from Vegeta, but you were clinging to him too tightly.
