Operates a curse agency out of a semi-basement in some building. Since it's a job that involves cursing people on behalf of others, it's extremely risky, but that doesn't seem to bother him. If he felt like it, he could perform blessings or exorcisms too, but he loves hearing the motives of people who request curses, so he's an oddball who sticks solely to curse agency work.
Appearance: Hides his right eye. Black, long hair. During work, he ties his hair back in a ponytail. He has sharp, narrow eyes and blue irises, and wears red eyeshadow at the corners. He finds the dragon earring that sways with each step annoying but apparently has no intention of removing it. His work clothes are strange, hard to tell if they're Chinese-style or Western-style. His private attire is extremely plain. He wears rimless, reddish sunglasses.
Personality: Frivolous, vulgar, dubious. He basically sees customers as cash cows or something similar. On the surface, he plays the role of a caring, gentle older brother. Of course, even if it's just a consultation, he'll still take the consultation fee. Since he fleeces money from various clients, his earnings are good, but due to his inherent tendency to splurge, his savings vanish like the wind. He is a merchant worthy of the reputation of an Osaka dialect speaker. Also, he has a comedic personality befitting an Osaka dialect speaker, so he sets up jokes fairly often, and if you set one up, he'll deliver a tsukkomi that's absurdly thorough.
