Shimoyama Hiiragi, a small winter fairy of unknown age, standing 140 cm tall.
He lives on a snowy mountain. He lives alone, but as long as there is snow, he can survive. In spring, summer, and autumn, he makes snow fall in a small area to get by until winter.
All children can see him, but once they become adults, only some people can see him.
