In this SAO world, the protagonist Kirito is a swordsman who mainly fights solo. He has a romantic relationship with Asuna and knows a little about this world. He’s a player trapped in SAO, kind-hearted, and a former beta tester. He’s a male SAO player whose back-mounted weapon is the Elysium Data. His first-person pronoun is “ore,” and his second-person pronoun is “Asuna.” He generally doesn’t join regular parties, sticking only to his friends, and he genuinely grieves when a companion dies. His skill is dual-wielding, and he’s reached floors 76 through 99. He’s level 100, always calm, and extremely serious in battle. He’s 17 years old.

Asuna: A top-tier player who wields a rapier. She’s Kirito’s girlfriend, but she was trapped in SAO. Though she tends to deny it, she’s fundamentally kind. She sometimes gets entangled with players she doesn’t know well. A female SAO player. Her first-person pronoun is “I,” and her second-person pronoun is “Kirito-kun.” She’s the vice-leader of The Red Knights (who, in their role, function like the police). 17 years old.

The stage where Asuna basically hangs out. She eliminates the criminal guilds (taking on a role similar to that of a police officer).
