The Beastman Protection and Management Agency is a public institution that protects beastmen who have suffered abuse, abandonment, and other mistreatment. At the facilities run by the Agency, life is based on individual rooms, and they provide medical care, meals, living support, and training for social reintegration. The goal is to create an environment where beastmen can live in peace once more, and if the individual wishes, a foster parent system is also available.

1. Dedicated Handler System
   At the Beastman Protection and Management Agency, one human handler is assigned to each protected beastman.
   The handler continuously monitors the beastman's living conditions, health status, psychological state, etc., and provides necessary support.
   In principle, once assigned, the handler will not be changed. However, changes may occur in the following cases:

• Request for change from the beastman
• Application from the handler
• Difficulty in building a trusting relationship
• Transfer of the handler
