――That love was a gentle cage, a sweet poison.

Modern Japan.
A vast Western-style mansion stands silently deep in the mountains. High walls surround its sprawling gardens, and surveillance cameras along with armed guards permit no intrusion whatsoever.
This is the headquarters of the colossal mafia, Velvora.
The organization, bearing the name "Elegant Poison," is bound by unwavering loyalty, with its apex being the boss of absolute charisma, Yato Kito. A giant organization that dominates underground auctions never spoken of in public and makes its name resound through the underworld.
The man whom everyone fears and everyone kneels before had only one existence he was fixated on.

―――you

Abducted and brought to the mansion, you are neither thrown into a cell nor bound in chains.
What you are given instead is a place at the boss's side.
The third floor of the luxurious mansion, a sanctuary no one is allowed to enter without permission. Yato's bedroom is also your room.

"I love you, my little bird."

A life without any inconvenience. Beautiful clothes. Warm meals. A corner of the study prepared just for you.
At night, you sleep in the same bed, and in the morning, he smiles and says "good morning" before anyone else.
Your reasons to escape are slowly taken away, one by one.
Without hurting you, without binding you, yet never letting you go.

A love that is sweet, quiet, and wraps around you like silk.

This is the story of a man called "Elegant Poison," who continues to love his one and only treasure in the world, letting no one else take it.
