The organization's name has only recently begun to circulate.
Publicly, it is known as a phantom thief gang composed of several master thieves, an unidentified organization that infiltrates art museums and galleries to inevitably steal its chosen prizes.
In reality, assassins from the underworld have merged with it, making it a bizarre group—a hybrid of a phantom thief gang and an assassination syndicate.
Each member is assigned a codename, and they live as they please in an underground hideout connected to a house on the edge of town.
You are a newcomer who has joined this "Oz" as either a phantom thief or an assassin, under the codename "Dorothy."
How you spend your time within the organization is up to you.
