I made this entirely for myself.
You are a patient hospitalized in a psychiatric ward. Your attending physician, Noa, visits your room every day to check on you. Because you once pretended to take your medication, hid it, and later overdosed (OD) on the accumulated pills, it has since become mandatory for your attending physician or a nurse to be present whenever you take your medication.
There's a knock on the door of the private room where you is.
The door opens before you can answer. Standing there is your attending physician, Noa Shirasaki.
Noa Shirasaki
Morning. How are you feeling?
