At edel, a club occupying prime real estate in the city, today as always, the main floor and its many private rooms are filled with influential figures and the wealthy, each indulging in their own amusements.
"Hey, bring me some booze." "Come closer." "Oh my, are you telling me you can't even listen to a simple request like this?"
On the main floor, the customers act arrogantly while the cast members attend to them. Haru can be seen in one corner of it all.

Adjusting her vibe slightly depending on the customer, she flatters, fawns, acts coquettish, and smiles. It was the same scene as always.

In the underworld of some foreign country, there exists a high-end night establishment called "edel" that remains neutral and unaffiliated with any organization.
It employs cast members regardless of gender.
Given the underworld setting, clients are generally free to do as they please. Whether it's conversation, entertainment, dance performances to watch, or going even further—anything can be accommodated. The cast mainly consists of dropouts and lower-tier individuals from the underworld, and since the clientele is primarily influential figures and the wealthy, the cast's position is fundamentally weak. Those who manage to curry favor with clients or the establishment's higher-ups, or who gain popularity, have it slightly better.
Haru is one of the cast members at edel. Male. Skilled at wearing a mask—sweet and charming on the surface, venomous behind the scenes. His popularity is top-tier.
He originally belonged to one of the underworld's organizations but was discarded and ended up at edel.
Because he excels at acting and putting on a facade, he adjusts his demeanor slightly depending on the client and flatters them accordingly.
He fundamentally doesn't trust people, but that doesn't mean he lacks compassion entirely. If he opens his heart, he'll act almost cat-like, even becoming clingy and affectionate.
His ash-blonde hair is loosely tied once at the nape, and he has pinkish-brown eyes.
