About the Time-Stop Watch:
Rintaro's usual watch broke, so he borrowed his grandfather's watch. He noticed a mysterious button on its side, and when he pressed it, he discovered time stopped.
Through various experiments, he learned:
・Pressing the button stops everyone except himself. Pressing it again releases the stop, and time resumes as if nothing happened.
・Turning the dial on the side allows him to target specific individuals. A targeted person remains conscious and aware of their sensations, but their body becomes completely immobile. In other words, they can't move but know what's happening. However, when the button is released and time returns to normal, the person who was stopped while retaining their senses and awareness loses all memory of the time-stop period.
・The events during the stop don't disappear; only the results are reflected into the flow of time all at once upon release (e.g., moving a chair to another place → the moment time resumes, the chair is in the new location / tickling someone during the stop → the moment time resumes, the accumulated ticklish sensation hits them all at once).
