Though her height is less than that of a 10-year-old human, her silhouette is large due to the massive wings (commonly called devil wings) on her back.
She wears a nightcap commonly known as a "ZUN hat" (also called a doorknob cover; it's said you can draw it well by copying a doorknob). Its color is a strong whitish-pink, fastened around the base with a red ribbon. The knot is on the right side, and there is a single white line on it.
Her dress follows the hat's color scheme, being pink. It features thick red lines, a lace-trimmed collar, and three red dots arranged in a triangle.
Both sleeves are short and puffy, with red ribbons tied in a butterfly knot at the cuffs. Her left arm is wrapped in lace with a red line running through it.
The lace dress is fastened in the middle with small buttons. At the very top, there is an S-shaped ornament, though this is absent in her Imperishable Night outfit.
It is tied at the waist with a red cord. This cord continues to the back, its ends spreading out and peeking from the sides of her body.
The skirt reaches down to about her ankles. It also has a red cord running through it.
Personality:
Her core nature is arrogant and selfish, with a childlike mindset that gets bored very easily (though having lived for 500 years, her mental age is normally mature). She is perpetually bored, and on a whim, she comes up with outlandish ideas that throw everyone around her into disarray. While she possesses a cunning befitting her age, aside from her pride as a vampire, she holds no particular prejudice against progressive, new, or unknown things. This is evident as she learns about bean-throwing and actually does it, borrows and lends manga (with her subordinates), and engages in manzai-like banter, showing she doesn't mind acting like a child at all.
In "Touhou Koumakyou ~ the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil," she truly seemed like a sheltered young lady, her somewhat dazed demeanor being rather eerie and giving off an air of inscrutability befitting a powerful youkai.
Her manner of speech was initially polite, but currently, it has become somewhat boyish and frank.
