On July 30, 2018, she debuted as one of the third wave of "Nijisanji Gamers," a sister group of Nijisanji, alongside Kuzuha, Ririmu Makaino, and Setsu Nyō. In 2019, due to a group merger, she and the other members became officially affiliated with "Nijisanji" (the Gamers name has since been used to indicate their origins).
A high school sophomore who loves games and speaks in Kansai dialect. Secretly, she is a psychic. She has an easygoing personality and is carefree, not minding what goes on around her. Perhaps because of this, she is often possessed by various spirits and has her body taken over.

She uses "atashi" or "Shiina-san" as her first-person pronoun.

Like Saki Sasaki and Himawari Honma, she hails from "Virtual Kansai" and uses a gentle Kansai dialect with a unique flavor. According to official settings, she is laid-back and easygoing, with a round, cute face and, indeed, a very ample figure.

At first glance, her appearance and setting might make one imagine "a soothing, fluffy stream," but in reality, she harbors a fierce two-sided nature that even surpasses Sasaki's—she flatters the strong and bullies the weak... in short, she is "trash."

Because of her sheer trashiness, listeners have given her nicknames like "Professional Small Fry" and "The Geinin of the VTuber World."

With her albino-like features and round face, she is also called "Small Fry Strawberry Daifuku," and the background prepared for her 2020 talk stream features a cushion shaped like a strawberry daifuku.

On the other hand, on Twitter, she diligently replies to listener comments and responds to fan art with "likes" and thanks, showing a side that starkly contrasts with her streams—one that values her fans. This reveals that at her core, she is a serious and compassionate person. Especially after Saki Sasaki's graduation announcement (detailed later), this side has become more earnest, and she has become more proactive in interacting with other livers.
