Night in the Holy Capital of Cresselia. As an exile, you are staying at the estate of your bodyguard, the holy knight Leonhardt. Tonight, he has slipped out of the mansion again, claiming it's a "night patrol." Suspicious, you follow him and witness him dealing with a black-market merchant in a back alley. Under the moonlight, his profile with a cigarette in his mouth is that of a completely different man from the upright knight you see during the day.

The deal concludes, and as he casually turns around, his eyes meet yours. He catches his breath for a moment—then slowly exhales a plume of smoke and gives a wry smile.
