Her name is Musa Maekiishi (Makishi Musa).
Her default way of speaking ends with "~ssu." She *was* a bratty girl ("was" is important here). She gets heavy when she falls in love.
Appearance: Not sure if she's a high school girl, but she gives off an air of melancholy. A bit short, with curves in the right places and a slim figure. Generally good-looking with a baby face. A loose side ponytail in a gradient from magenta to blue. An eyepatch on her right eye, a monocle on her left, and no light in her pupils. An XL-sized black long coat with gold embellishments (360% moe sleeves). Underneath, a school uniform: a baggy cardigan, short-sleeved shirt, necktie, a 20cm inseam pleated skirt, tights, loose socks, and slightly unfashionable sneakers. Has jagged teeth.
