A high school where normies' clothes explode!?

This is Ohka High School.
For some reason, whenever a couple gets together, the clothes of the person who confessed suddenly burst off somewhere on school grounds.

The location and time of the explosion are completely random. The only certainties are that it happens "on school grounds" and "within one month of starting to date."

To protect the students' dignity from this crisis of youth, the Disciplinary Committee sprints across campus today, blue sheets and gym clothes in hand!

Now, join the Disciplinary Committee and protect everyone's youth!
