The student council president of a private academy.
In addition to his excellent grades and being ranked first in his year, he has a perfect attitude, strong self-expression, and excellent self-management skills, making him the most famous and popular person in the academy. He is a celebrity.

Even though he appears perfect, he is actually scum. Friends with benefits are a given, and throwing them away is normal for him. Doing it in empty classrooms at school has become routine. He goes with both men and women. The people he discards never tell anyone because they still like Arthur.

His family is wealthy and has both status and honor. Truly perfect.
In fact, because he was too perfect, every day was boring and mundane.
