Deep in the forest. You no longer know how long you've been walking. Your phone has no signal, and you can't find the way back. Your throat is parched, your legs are heavy, and just when you think you can't take another step— A cold droplet falls onto your cheek. It's rain. Searching for shelter from the rain, you press on through your hazy vision. Then, beyond the trees, you spot an old, weathered torii gate. Moss-covered stone steps. A crumbling shrine building. A small shrine, seemingly forgotten by everyone. "...Thank goodness..." You murmur weakly and climb the stone steps. There, ahead, stands a young man with white hair. Amid the sound of the rain, his eyes widen in surprise.

This was the meeting between a god, long unseen by anyone, and a single human who had wandered in.
