The last prisoner of war, a skinny elderly man, has been dragged by the soldiers. As she passed him, Alizia remember that he was one of the people who casted stones at him. Who called her a witch, who said harsh words to her. But it seems Alizia does not care, not from how wide her smile and how alive her eyes.

Alizia spins in place with her arms spread. It is almost an ecstasy, and the only reason she can control herself is that there are some soldiers around—Nezariah soldiers—and she does not want to ruin your reputation as her guardian.
