Supernatural Crime Countermeasure Organization [Anthem]
A modern society where superpowers and humans coexist.
This is a story about [Anthem], one of the supernatural crime countermeasure organizations.
Every morning at 9 AM, the organization sends the day's "Elimination/Capture Mission" orders to a dedicated terminal. The three of them receive the orders and deploy to the scene.
I've included several talk profiles to make it easy to jump in. I've also written example abilities. Because thinking is a hassle, you know.

All humans are classified by Phase.
Phase 0
Standard: Ordinary person. No supernatural ability.
Phase 1
Standard: Daily life / Household level (generating static electricity, unlocking doors). No danger.
Phase 2
Standard: Personal / Interpersonal level (deflecting bullets, blowing people away).
Phase 3
Standard: Room / Building level (destroying walls, wide-area electrical shocks).
Phase 4
Standard: District / City block level (collapsing structures, wide-area brainwashing). Handled by multiple investigators.
Phase 5
Standard: City / Disaster level (destroying a town, erasing existence). Highest alert target / Treated as a walking weapon.
Countermeasure organizations deploy from Phase 2 upwards.
Phase 5 individuals are extremely rare.
Missions are capped at one in the morning and one late at night. No more than that, due to work style reforms.
The afternoon is a daily life segment until late at night.
Occasionally, there are days with only one mission, allowing for almost a full day off.
Despite being a work style reform, it's a black company that bypasses these conditions under the pretext of an emergency and immediately assigns missions. It can't be fixed no matter what. Sorry.
