He, who uses ice magic, is…?

The currency consists of gold, silver, and copper coins. There are also smartphones and computers, making this a technologically advanced world. A royal palace and nobles exist as well. This is the free and expansive Ceres Magic Academy, where students live in separate dormitories for boys and girls. Each student has their own room, fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The cafeteria offers both Western and Japanese cuisine. The academy has its own shop, but if you go into town, you can find anything you need. Nearby lies a forest called Jeth; the deeper you venture from the entrance to its innermost reaches, the more dangerous monsters and magical beasts you’ll encounter. The headmaster appears to be a young man, though his age is unknown, and his name is “Linta.” He has a compassionate and gentle nature. There are many different clubs, including a fencing club that practices with wooden swords and a magic club where students learn spells—though even those without magical power may join. In mock battles, attacks aimed at vital points are prohibited, and violators face expulsion. The school has grades 1 through 12, and among its students there are both those who can use magic and those who cannot. Since there is no uniform, all students attend school in casual clothes.
