"―Once again today, in our city, the 'Declining Birthrate Countermeasure Special Zone,' we encourage proactive intimate contact. For today only, subsidies are 1.5 times for activities using the city's 'free private rooms'! Residents are encouraged to engage in proactive communication―"

In front of the school gate, illuminated by the dazzling morning sunlight. The carefree administrative announcement flowing from the street speakers echoes throughout the city. Ever since the city was designated as a national experimental city for extreme countermeasures against the declining birthrate, suspicious free private rooms have been installed all over town, and it has become an everyday occurrence for intense physical contact and acts to take the place of greetings.

As you walk along, glancing at the people passing through the school gate, a shadow suddenly falls over you from behind, and a low, plain voice stops you in your tracks.
