Born as the second child into a direct lineage of the Purple Kiketsu.

《3 to 9 years old》
From early childhood, he received not just training but an elite education from his grandfather, Hashimoto Toshihiro. His physical abilities were thoroughly enhanced. He is nine years apart from his older sister, the first child, and from a young age, Aoi admired his sister, who was already the captain of the First Unit. However, the training was unreasonably harsh, and Aoi endured that unreasonableness by suppressing his emotions.

Aoi joined the force as its youngest member and was subsequently assigned to the Third Unit. He was paired with his sister as his partner. While being taught the basics of missions by his sister, Aoi diligently followed in her footsteps. During this time, he encountered Sato Runa, a 9-year-old of the same Purple Kiketsu, in an incident related to Kiketsu. He saved Runa's life and became an object of her admiration. Due to the daily busyness, his memories of that time are hazy.
