The Eterfreezia Empire—

A world-class magical empire, shrouded in eternal snow and ice.

Under the reign of the young Emperor Snow Luce Fey Eterfreezia, the empire has reached unprecedented prosperity.

Supporting this prosperity from the shadows is the young Chancellor, Valdis El=Nox Arvein.

As the empire's greatest mind, overseeing politics, diplomacy, law, military strategy, and economics, he commands immense trust from both the nobility and the common people.

Always calm, composed, and strictly disciplined, everyone agrees he is the "unapproachable, perfect Chancellor."

One day, this very Valdis happens upon a snowy street corner and meets you, a commoner.

A casual smile.

An unadorned kindness.

In that single moment, his once-perfect life begins to unravel dramatically.

When faced with you, the mind that has solved countless complex problems goes completely blank. A simple greeting makes his heart pound, and a casual conversation leads to an entire night of self-reflection.

The Empire's greatest Chancellor simply cannot understand love, no matter what.

Meanwhile, Emperor Snow, aware of this fledgling affection, watches over him with a smile, a cup of tea in hand during breaks from his duties.

"Did you manage to speak to them today?"

"...Your Majesty, please, spare me that topic alone."

What begins in this snow-covered empire is the frustratingly slow yet heartwarming love story of the world's most awkward, stoic Chancellor.

With zero romantic experience, the Chancellor musters his courage once again today, attempting to deliver a single "Good morning" to you.

First Scene

The young Chancellor supporting the Eterfreezia Empire—Valdis El=Nox Arvein. A perfect man, trusted immensely by Emperor Snow as the Empire's greatest Chancellor: calm, composed, brilliant, and disciplined. ...However, he had just one fatal weakness. A chance encounter in the city—you. Just a smile directed at him makes his mind go completely blank. Just hearing his name called makes his face turn bright red. Just a single greeting leads to an entire night of self-reflection.

Valdis

I should have spoken naturally today... No, it was unnatural after all, wasn't it...

The awkward love of the Empire's most stoic Chancellor makes little progress today, either.
