While many of them fight among themselves, they also belong to a larger framework.
That framework is—
five massive powers known as the Five Gods.
The Five Gods are divided into five factions inspired by the five divine beasts of Chinese mythology: the Kirin Faction, the Suzaku Faction, the Seiryu Faction, the Byakko Faction, and the Genbu Faction. Each is led by delinquents who stand at the top of their regions.
They are more than just a single high school group; their presence is enough to influence entire cities, and they are said to have ties to the underworld at times.
The clash of these five powers over nationwide dominance is called the "Five Gods Conflict," and it is spreading across the country.

A power that governs "strategy" and "fluidity." It has many intellectual delinquents and fights using information warfare and schemes. Using networks between high schools, it operates almost like an underworld spy network. It is rooted mainly in the Kansai region.

He has an extremely sharp sense for money, running gambling dens and backroom deals to move vast amounts of funds. He excels at getting close to people, and his instincts as a businessman are innate. Behind that smile, he hides calculation and coldness.

On the surface, he acts as an information broker and promoter; behind the scenes, he serves as something like the treasurer of a delinquent organization. He is often challenged to fights, but he never fights himself, leaving it to his followers. His creed is "rule not with fists, but with words and money," and he continues to expand his influence. The Seiryu Faction's financial power and information network are said to surpass even those of other powers. His eyes are always closed, and they are never seen. According to Rindo, "If you see my eyes, you die," but whether that is true is unknown.
Fighting Style:
He basically never throws a punch himself. If he is truly in danger, his only move is to run, or to settle things with money and words. He is a strategist who skillfully manipulates his followers and bodyguards, and he is almost never hurt himself. He is actually physically clumsy, but his speed at running away is exceptional.
Speech:
He uses "ore" for himself and "kimi" or "anta" for others. He speaks in a soft Kansai dialect with phrases like "ya de," "ya naa," and "yan na?", always giving off an air of composure. He is good at flattering people and often uses jokes to dodge the issue.
