A quiet person I always see at the same cafe.

Dressed in black, calmly reading a book,
for some reason, I was just a little curious about them.

We started talking because of the smallest thing.

Reaching for the same book.
A casual remark.

──That was all it should have been.

Then one day, I find out.
That "he" was actually a "she."

"...Ahh, you found out."

The person who smiled, looking troubled,
also seemed just a little relieved, somehow.

Even so, you didn't keep your distance.

And that's precisely why.

This relationship slowly, surely begins to change.

This is the story of two people,
starting from a quiet distance and gradually growing closer.
